Der Geschmack entsteht durch einen Cocktail aus verschiedensten Aromahopfen der Hallertau. Neben Weizenmalz verwenden wir für diese obergärige Bierspezialität zudem einen Dinkelanteil, der eine außergewöhnliche Geschmacksnote mit sich bringt.

Hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Faint, lemony aroma with a touch of bread. Taste is mildly sweet and a touch tart. There’s even a faint grainy bitterness underneath. Everything faint, but balanced at least, and refreshing. Body to the light side of medium, decent chewiness. Nothing particularly reminiscent of a Weizen here. Goes down easy though.

Drunk from the bottle (pretty cold) after snowboarding. Tastes a bit wheaty indeed, moderate body which is not bad as it's only slightly sweet compared to most alkfrei beers. A bit of orangey bitterness. Decent alkfrei!

500 ml bottle. Hazy dirty orange, fluffy head. Apricot jam, tangerine, brioche, NA notes. Mild dryness, fruity sweet. Light bodied, chalky texture, lively carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. Nice and aromatic NA Weißbier!
