Loads of spice aromas--cinnamon, cardamon, cloves & anise. Made with freshly brewed AppalaChai! tea. Semi-sweet on the tongue with an astringent tea finish. Pair with Thai curries, spicy dishes & flavorful cheeses.

Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of spice, cinnamon, apple, herbal tea. Taste is sweet, appley, spiced, apple pie, some cinnamon hints, slight tea undernote, with light acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Draft: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma is spicy, apple, cinnamon. Taste is sweet apple pie, spicy, cinnamon, not getting the chai tea.

Noble Spice Merchant Chai Hard Cider 6.4% Clear gold with a great apple and slightly spicy soft apple aroma. Medium bodied and with a great chai apple pie flavor. Nice spicing that’s mild and inviting with sweet apple and a touch of sharp carbonation. Great stuff, I really dig this as I’m a fan of chai.

12oz can from Tavour. Bright orange/golden, a bit of fuzz, then still. Aroma is cinnamon and savory spice, faint apple notes. Apples take over in the taste, the cinnamon, clove and cardamom providing flavorful support. More of a fall cider

Note: I purchased this single fully displeased with the overall brand & solely because I like tea infused booze. Single from Appalachian. Tasty Bev. pint glass @home. Slightly hazed dark gold body. Suspect lingering head. Smells of sweet cinnamon & apples right before being baked in a pie. So far lacking chai. Taste is much the same, but with a solid backing of black tea tannic dryness. Tart apples are a win. Possibly nutmeg, but no chai complete mix that I sense. Maybe this is second runnings of their apple pie spice cider? Adding black tea to all their ciders would make their Jonas & Granny Smiths seem more complex. Yeasty, pleasantly bitter finish. Not quite thin, mellow carbonation, moderate acid, moderate sweetness, sneaky alcohol that pops at the end. Tastes natural. Actually okay(if you like pie spice).

Cinnamon but not too much. Complete apple pie going on.

What does cider is about is cinnamon. And has a boatload of cinnamon in Aroma and flavor. If you like cinnamon, this is a cider for you.

Aroma of cinnamon and mulling spice. Sweet, taste of a spiced Christmas Apple cider.

Draft. Slightly hazy very pale yellow color, still. Aroma of light spice and fruit. Taste is earthy apple, fairly dry prolonged finish. Interesting.
