Can: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light spicy malt notes and nice light dry hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes, some peppery malt notes with some floral dry hoppy notes and light faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great lager with nice use of spelt malt.

Fairly clean, very light golden-yellow colour with a slight off-white bubbly head, average stay and some soapy lacing spots. Some fresh Pilsner aromas with spicy notes, some sweet malts and herbal action. Then, some yeast comes out. The taste shows a nice blend of these herbal touches and malt spiciness. Quite a nice Pils-like beer for a 3.8% ABV one with the Spelt giving some spiciness, biscuit maltines and nuttiness.

A hazed golden blonde lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light cereals, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
