Okay impy stout if a touch on the thin side.

Can. Clear dark amber beer, small bubbly tan head. Light smooth palate, very slightly viscous, reasonable fine carbonation, fine for this brew. Smooth malts, a touch of dark chocolate. Abundant caramel, rich, not too sweet, thanks to the obvious salt. Some dark fruits and a little salty bitterness on the light finish. Solid.

330 ml can. Pours a dark brown with full foamy tan head. Aromas of dark sugars, caramel, pretzel salt, vanilla, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with emphasis on the pretzel salt. Can’t get much of the fudge from the CFS base though, so quite different from other CFS variants. Good stuff.
Can purchased from Café de Oude Sluis, Rotterdam. Sweet imp. Stout based pastry beer. Smells fantastic like chocolate caramel desert. Very sweet, but some balance in bitterness and alcohol. Not very salt, but enough to give this particular salty caramel flavor together with lots of chocolate. Not a favorite by me, but well made within it’s style.

0.33 l can from the brewery's web shop, best before October 2030. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of chocolate, caramel, coffee, vanilla and hazelnut. Rather sweet, malty, quite roasty-bitter taste of chocolate, caramel, coffee, roasted hazelnut and some vanilla, followed by a medium long, quite roasty-bitter, maybe minimally salty finish. Full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. As tasty as usual, would be cool to compare it side by side with the regular one.
