500 ml. Aroma is apples, vanilla, wood. Pours clear pale golden with no head. Taste is moderately sweet, moderately tart, with flavors like the aroma, along with a soapy note. Has a lingering apple core flavor. One of the better ciders I’ve had.

On tap at Wassail in the LES. Fancy goblet(or is it a really fat champagne glasses?). Clear, pale, golden, sheen-y body. Smell is less then subtle bourbon, along with a fruity melon essence. Bourbon, maybe a little boozy, tart apples, melon wierdly. Softer then I would have expected. Medium tartness, less then moderate acid. Creamy. A little slick, mellow alcohol, soft all around. Better then okay, but lacking something. One of the better barrel aged ciders I've had.

On tap at Schilling Cider House, Fremont. Golden and bright. Has a nice crisp apple aroma. Tart, complex, voluptuous apple. Really nice.

7oz pour at Anxo, pours a dark gold with no head and light legs. Nose is nice, apples, apple juice, a little riesling, some mild spice. Flavor follows, apples and apple sauce, mild spice, a touch of toffee, a little butter. Missed the oak. Finishes lightly tannic and dry.

6 oz pour on draft at ANXO. Barrel aged. Clear golden orange with off-white ring. Aromas of apples, light oak. Tastes of light booze, apples, oak, stone fruit, light tartness. Light body with a dry finish.

Draft at ANXO. Clear golden color, white edge head. Aroma of lightly funky fruit, tannins. Taste starts sweet, then soft tannins, lightly tart fruit. Tasty.

So, this is great cider. Powerful carbonation. Thin on the tongue. Refreshing tart apple, earth and light smoke, but just ever so faint. A refreshing sipper.

Draft pour at Special Brews. Listed as barrel aged, though it seems like it’s all the same. Pours a clear light gold color with a typical fresh apple aroma. It’s the flavor that makes this one stand out. Bold flavor of apple, berry, and grape. I feel like it has the barrel age feel to it, which adds a bit. Very refreshing, and overall an awesome cider. Loved it.
