Draught: Poured a clear golden color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of semi-sweet apple notes is dominant. Taste is also a mix of semi-sweet apple notes with some light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Refreshing with a limited level of complexity.

On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a cider!

On cask at Duke of York, pours a clear yellow, no head. Nose brings out lightly sweet crisp red apples and light farmhouse notes. Flavour is similar, with red apples, farmhouse character and light acidity. Flat carbonation, with just light farmhouse character. Nice stuff.

From the bag in the box at Full Monty. Nose has some vinegar, apple juice, funky barnyard. Smoked cheese coming through as well. Cloudy and still, but a soft, silky, oily body. Flavor is smoked cheese and vinegar, and some roasted marshmallows. Quite unlike anything I have had. Strange and a bit fun.

Bag in a box at Four Candles Broadstairs. Hazy pale yellow no head. Apple and tannin aroma. Med dry tannin finish. Light sourness. Good character. Light but tannin and dryness throughout. Well it’s lemony dry grapefruit. Decent.
