Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with dank/tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with a nice tropical twist but not sure how it relates to La Fin du Monde.

On tap at Stillwell. Pours opaque dull yellow with a white head. Loads of citrus peels and hop burn on the nose. Flavour has citrus peels, yeast soup, and sloshy malts. Is this an hommage or a dis track?

Mycket god

Sweetish, juicy tropical fruity and citrusy with some floral hops, grapefruit, hints of spices, some herbal notes and earthiness, mild bitterness. Not sure how this relates to the OG but it's a pretty good DIPA.

A hazed milky orange DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Hmmm, what to do for La Fin du Monde's 30th Anniversary homage beer?! I've got it! Let's make the same style we always make that has absolutely nothing to do with LFdM!! Brilliant!

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a big creamyish, warm white-yellowish head, good retention and full, thick, creamy lacing lines. Some beautiful aromas of fruitiness with orange juice, lemon zest, white wine grapes, lots of tropical fruits and hints of sesame. A creamy mouthfeel with a little zing, and decent mild dryness that builds slowly. More on the fruity side for the flavours with the citruses and tropical notes. Another great juicy DIPA from this brewery, but like most - wish they would of tried a Triple-style of their own for the 30th of Unibroue's Fin du Monde.
