Grumbler purchase from Breeze-IN, Juneau AK.
Welcome to Juneau, Silver Gulch.
This was poured into a flared pilsener glass.
The appearance was a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. Light lacing stuck thin around the glass.
The smell started off somewhat grassy and grainy with an ample amount of sweet corn and then a light sweet bread.
The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors to combine mainly sweet and somewhat grassy.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a smooth capability of gracing my tongue adequately. This was definitely sessionable.
Overall, for a pilsener this was pretty good and I would recommend to pilsener lovers.

This is dull gold, with a slightly sulphury pale malt character, and off-dry finish. Ok but unrefined pils.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden with fluffy/frothy white head. Aroma is soapy, soggy sour grain and buttery malt. Taste is metallic hop forward that subsides into grain and soft malt.

Crystal clear golden coloured body with a very light glow and a thin and very fast-dying white head. Aroma of metal, light malt, grass, cardboard and a touch of alcohol. Light-bodied; Sharp metallic notes at first then fade to a malty note with some grassy hops, a herbal flavour and a touch of alcohol at the tail end. Aftertaste shows metal, light hops, alcohol and a good herbal and grassy dryness. Overall, much better than most pils, with some actual hops used, a drying note and a good balance of flavours, albeit with a little metal and alcohol noticeable too. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from La Bodega on 26-June-2010 sampled at home in Washington on 17-July-2011.

Bottle. Golden beer with an off-white head. Grass and light malt aroma. Malt and mineral flavor with a light sweetness. Medium bodied. Sweet malt lingers with grass, light spice, and light mineral notes.
