Big bottle. Pours an amber-ish color with a small white head that has decent retention and lasts. The aroma strong with funk, musty fruits, cat urine and some sawdust. The taste is mixed tart fruits, some cider vinegar and a bit grapefruit is discernible. The palate is full and bready with lively carbonation. Overall: decent sour

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of barnyard funk, some champagne-like effervescence and horse blanket. Flavour is not exactly authentic gueuze-like — there's lot of petroleum, barnyard funk, some unfortunate phenols, and leather. Lots of barnyard funk and leather, with a bit of a phenolic finish. Not bad.

On tap at Mikkeller, Mitte, Berlin, Thurs' 5th August 2021 after a walk from our hotel which is right by the station. Superb tangy and tart, bristles across the tongue, a real tongue scrubber, super zappy. Nice level of carbonation, funky as ..... super lemony, great.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up via trade. Spon I, Three Year Blend, Blended on Jan 25 2017. Pours clear honey-gold with a sturdy, creamy-off white head. Great snout, musty wood, grass, citric notes. Light sweet flavour with a strong drying, quenching character, some grassy bitterness, moderate acidity, subtle funk, old wood, lemon, dirty hay. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Dry and quenching finish, more wood and grass, restrained acidity. Really drinkable gueuze. Solid overall. (Drank 20 February 2021, score: 4.1)

As Jester King Three Year Blend. Bottle big thanks to Kenny. it pours clear bright orange with a small white head. The aroma is funky, zingy, vinous, white grape, gooseberry, acidic splash, apple skin, juicy and musty action. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, apple skin, acidic kick, minerals, slightly vinous, tannin, sherbet, slight lactic vibes, granny smith apple and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fun, but perhaps a bit sharp. Nice. 3.8
