(On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, Oct 21 2016) Pours lightly hazy dark gold with a large, tight white head that fades with lace. Aroma is lightly tart and fruity with citrus peel and flesh, underripe stone fruit, white grapes, grass, moderate Brett funk, crackery malt base. Flavour is rather tart with citrus flesh, pineapple, unripe apricot, grass, crackers, light to moderate bitterness building towards the finish with a bit of earthy Brett, citrus peels, herbs and white pepper. Smooth medium body with mouth-filling carbonation. Fruity hoppy farmhouse feel, well balanced and soothing to sip. Not really an IPA in feel, but delicious.

Keg at CP&K. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, funky, musty, gooseberry, lactic bite, white grape and sherbet. The taste is crisp, tart, quite acidic actually, green apple skin, woody, lemon peel, brett, sherbet and decent mouth-pucker with a drying finish Medium body and fine carbonation. Not quite what I was expecting! Perhaps a touch acidic, but decent enough.

Tower 42 Tasting 2. Big thanks to Cloin and Scopey for the procurement. Lightly hazy pale gold, a few white bubbles. Palate is light and has mild fine carbonation. Sour! White wine vinegar and grape. Some orange and lemon, well buried. Light finish. Not unpleasant but never an IPA.

Flavour is composed of stale grains, vanilla, tangy sour, green apple sick. Palate is light and grainy, moderate carbonation. Spicy tangy sour finish. Not a fan of this.
