The ideal storin’ and servin’ temperature is 40ºF (4ºC). Best served in a tulip, wine glass, or pewter drinking tankard. Yo ho!

Bottle. Pours quite hazy golden, medium white head, decent lacing. Aroma is grass, floral and honey notes. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, grassy, floral, honey, coconut notes. Medium body. Interesting.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a medium light grain note with a light floral esters note. Faint coconut notes with hints of tropical fruit. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow gold with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that exhibits nice retention as it slowly recedes. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is fairly sweet with light grain and rice notes. Medium light bitterness. Some medium coconut notes. Quite a lot of weird fruity notes. A hint of alcohol spice. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low, but present alcohol warmth. Overall, a weird beer. I wasn’t expecting it to be so fruity which is off putting.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a light hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is malts fruit notes coconut and a nice vanilla. Taste is more of grain lots of sweetness coconut.

Almost clear paleish gold beer, good bubbly white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a good fine crispness. Mild minerals. Light malts, mildly sweet, Dessicated coconut, coconut milk, coconut cake. Mild floral bitterness. Touch of generic citius. Light finish brings mild mint. Interesting, tasty and drinkable.

Capped 750 from Corti Brothers. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Aromas of biscuit and tropical stuff. Med+ body. Flavor has coconut, and some sweet biscuity malt, and a lot of floral/tropical stuff. It’s apparently a hammer on the head, yet it seems to have a number of subtle, nay complex, characteristics. Saaz seems to actually be detectable. Not the beer of the century, but it’s very tasty, and I like it!

The beer is a pale yellow gold. Medium to large white head. Fine foam. Some lacing, good retention. Fairly hazy. The aroma is mostly citric hops with a mild coconut note. It’s big on orange, pineapple, grapefruit, some peach. I wish the coconut was stronger, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was on tap and fresh. Light malt sweetness. The taste is mildly sweet with mild to moderate bitterness. Low astringency, some develops in the finish. Some nice citrus hop flavor and again, milder than hoped for coconut. Mouthfeel is light with a touch of creaminess and oiliness. I can definitely see how this beer could be very tasty, like Fieldwork’s Coconut Milk DIPA, but the coconut just isn’t left in this bottle.

A golden pils with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of coconut, vanilla, oily smell, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of coconut cream, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

750ml bottle at the main DC December gathering. Poured a clear golden color with a pretty large white head. Aroma was lots of light fruits, some shaved coconut and a touch of grassy notes. Flavor was light sweet notes of juicy melon, sweet malts.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with some frothy, white head. Nose is perfume and melon, papaya, a little white grape. Flavor is sweet, melon, spice, a little hand lotion, coconut. Slick finish.
