Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach, lemon yoghurt and pumpkin. Flavour of pine and peach. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A solid and very drinkable DIPA. It doesn’t have a wow factor though.

Bottle at home picked up from hotm. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, vanilla, creamy, orange rind, orange creamsicle, flabby. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, jammy orange, vanilla, cakey malts, some hot alcohol, some signs of oxidisation. Alcoholic bite in the finish. Palate is semi sweet, grainy hot alcohol, highish carbonation. Flabby. Seems a bit oxidised. Harsh alcohol. Would like to try it on tap.

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours hazy bright orangey - yellow with a lasting fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, tropical, bright, papaya, mango salsa, apricot jam, tangerine, green, weedy, dank, sticky and sappy. The taste is initially it's firmly dry, pleasingly bitter, bitterness lingers throughout, green, weedy, sappy, resinous, pithy, zesty, bitter citrus peel, campari, grapefruit, papaya , mango salsa, pine needles, touch of rawness, peppery spice and a kick of alcohol booze with a drying, green/bitter finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Flavourful, punchy and also moreish. Really opened up as it warmed.

Bottle. Kernel advent box. Hazy murked up gold. Very nice swede in the Kernel fashion. Nose has sweet grain. Wheat. Bit of sage. Mint. We’ve got ourselves a savoury affair. Smells like a shelf turd US beer, as in it smells old and a bit sweaty. Definitely some oxidation going on here. Taste is pretty sweet overall. Inevitably bitter. Wow. Wasn’t expecting hard work from this but there you go. Can’t have it always.

Overall, massively drinkable. Considerably dangerous. Soft tropical and dank hop notes. Pillowy texture. Mellow rindy bitterness. Only a suggestion of boozy warmth. A nip of pale bread. Some white pepper, white grape, mango, guava. Delicious.
