Unclear golden with a fluffy head. Intense grassy resinous herbal hops, metal, grapefruit zest, some grain, some minerals. Hoppy zesty bitterness, slightly salty. Medium bodied, watery oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy bitter finish. Solid Grünhopfenpils.

Bottle. Hazy golden. Lime, citrus, grass, leaves. Juicy oily bitter, fresh. This works. Very green. Like.

Wee bottle. Light hazy golden, white lace. Fresh green dank hop notes on a medium light dry sparkling chewy body. Leafy on the backside, definitely gives the experience of fresh hop vines, great!

Bottle courtesy of Jonas, cheers Jonas. Had this Tuesday 9th December 2025 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music. Pours hazy yellow with a mid/large white head. Nice aroma, fresh, vibrant and reminds me very much of Weihenstephans own unfiltered pils at the brewery both on the nose and in the mouth. Soft mouthfeel, pleasant carbonation. Bitterness slowly floods through, I guess that I'm picking up on the fresh, clean, green hoppiness but for me it's just a great pils that I'd happily drink all night. Score 7.9
