A straightforward malt base and super clean yeast profile provides the perfect platform for us to build layers of Citra, Anchovy, Nelson and Nectaron upon. A double dry hop yields plenty of grapefruit, watermelon, raspberry and pine, followed by wine grape, orange and white peach, all underpinned by a steady bitterness that leaves things crisp and refreshing.

Pale gold with a slight chill haze, a bubbly white head and a big orange malt aroma. Citrus and pine, sticky light malt and a dry bitter finish.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is very light with a mild dryness and good fine minerally carbonation. Thin pale malts, an adequate sweetness. Soft cooling pine leads to an eclectic hop array. Raspberry berry fruits with light green watermelon and a light bright crisp bitterish citrus. Light and fairly dry finish leaves a hop spicy linger and a little hop bitterness. Very solid offering

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Clear golden body, white head. Resinous aroma, rubbery, light onion. Resinous, citric taste, bit rubbery and oniony, ending dry and bitterish. Not the most wow of profiles - but a pleasant, west coastish west coast IPA, which one has to appreciate!

Plugs & Taps Preston Track Tap Takeover Beer#3. Clear light golden in colour with a small head. It has a pine heavy aroma, which gets a tad on the dirtier side in design here, but is fine. There's plenty in taste too.

Tap at Zichovec Winter Affair 2026. Clean, easy drinking. A bit watery even, but good, with high bitter and classic citrusy, zesty, piney hops. Great.

Can from Eltham Wines. Aromas of whote grape, passionfruit, kiwifruit, lime, gooseberry. Taste is passionfruit, peach, white grape, gooseberry, lime. Sharp piney hop laden mouthfeel. Finishes with bitter fruits aplenty.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pear, basil and grassy hops. Flavour of vine tomato and orange jelly. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Crisp and clean without being top tier.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice big woody pine, waxy pine, bark, light weed, orange oil, biscuit malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, biscuity malts, juicy orange, pineapple, orange oil, piney notes, bark, woody citrus bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, some resinous hops, moderate fine carbonation. Solid west coaster on the fruitier side.
