Grisette is inspired by the soft session beers of Belgium. The blond color, notes of floral European hops and delicate, dry finish create a complex, yet very approachable beer. This farmhouse table beer was aged in wine barrels with Brettanomyces for six months. [Released 9/5/2014]

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Bottle thanks for sharing! Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has straw and sweet grains with light flora, fruits and a bit of funk underlying. Flavor has a lot of grass and funk with some flora and a bit of grain and funk backing.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. It pours lightly hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is musty, sweaty, cracker, cereal, bread, funk, hay and minerals. The taste is crisp, dry, light tartness, minerals, cracker, saltine, grass, apple, pear, sour candy, e=melon, sugar, hint of acidity and barnyard. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Not much depth to it, but it is pretty chuggable.

(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Blend #4. Hazy golden, orange, creamy white. Nose is strangely soapy with real extreme acidity, really puckering. Taste is basic soap, vinegar, acidic, body is the same. Not very impressive, not all Side Project beers are rightfully hyped in my opinion.
