Grisette is inspired by the soft session beers of Belgium. The blond color, notes of floral European hops and delicate, dry finish create a complex, yet very approachable beer. This farmhouse table beer was aged in wine barrels with Brettanomyces for six months. [Released 9/5/2014]

Sampled at the RateBeer Best Festival 2016. Pouts clear yellow with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds dry wheat, lemon rind. Light sweet flavour with further wheat character, biscuits, straw, lemony accents. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean on the finish, with touches of bitter straw, citrus fruits, some hay, pale grain, wheat flakes. Lovely stuff. Very well balanced.

Bottle sample courtesy of jayjaybman at The Sovereign for their Brouwerij Alvinne event! Nice meeting you! Poured a hazy yellow straw color, solid, lasting white head. Aroma was lots of funky notes, barn, yeast, peppery dust. Very pleasant.

Blend #3, 10 oz wine glass draft at the Side Project Cellar in St. Louis, Missouri. The pour is a hazed golden with a foamy lasting one inch white head. The aroma is perfumed floral along with some general bathroom aromas. The taste is a softly sweet floral, fragrant smoothly moves towards herbal yeast. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and a bit of young brett funk and more floral towards the finish. Well done.

750 ml bottle thanks to ClarkVV, much thanks. Blend number 3 on the label. Nice bright golden color... I popped the cap and bam, Massive gusher. Lucky only lost about 3 ounces. Aroma is a nice amount of yeast, mild notes of grass and hey.
The flavor is a very easy drinking citrus notes, mild oak and dusty yeast. The mouthfeel is spritzer with a soft airy mouthfeel. Nice break from the onslaught of malts on this tasting. Clean
