The hops' aromas in this beer spread their good vibes unstoppably ! Ιt's no wonder , that among all beer styles, IPA is one of the most popular beers on earth. Solo IPA takes its name from the addictive hoppiness that characterizes an India pale ale. Psaki in the cretan dialect means something extremely bitter.

Bottle shared with Laura at some local bar in Crete, Greece. Clear golden color, white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly iron, hoppy, nicely hoppy bitter, bitter. I like it. Nothing special but quite okay. No mistakes.

Bottle. Hoppy aroma and taste, light malty notes, citrus fruit, mostly grapefruit, resin, light oxidation, medium to high bitter. Medium body, hoppy citrussy bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle, 7.5% (so not so classic). Good fruity hop aroma. Almost clear copper colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour has a good caramelly maltiness. Clean bitterness, not too high. Good alcohol level. Well-balanced. Reminds me of the good old days when Nøgne Ø was new.

Draught. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is citrus, mango, some floral and pine tones to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, herbal and some mild toffee with mild sweet grainy tones too. Nice smooth bitterness.

Hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus, piney and resinous hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle. hazy amber, medium white head, ok lasting. Nice fruity nose, sweet with a bit of citruses. Mild sweetness, moderate hoppy bitterness. Dry finish, lots of resin and some pines. Lasting and quite strong aftertaste. Lighter body.

Bottle at Bibere Beer House, Pireas, Nr Athens, Monday 7th September 2020 planning on getting the boat to Sifnos tomorrow morning. Pours light/mid gold with a white head, light fruity, Loz thinks a little bit harsh (alcohol) however I am ok with it. Bitterness fine, it's alright.

24 September 2019. At Mourelo, Rethymno (Crete). Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours hazy orange with a lasting, thick, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, honey, green banana, ripe mango, orange, lychee, perfume. Taste is medium fruity sweet, lots of ripe orange, mango & peach, honey & biscuity malts, balanced by a rather firm bitterness of orange rind, pink grapefruit juice & spicy pine. Dry, piney & resinous hoppy finish, lingering ripe orange & bitter fruit rinds. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Goes in all directions, but it's good.

Tap at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, pine, resin, hops... very strong resiny flavour. Interesting brew between all these hyped juicy neipas. Great.
