In collaboration with Siren Craft Brew, we present Hel’s Hounds — a Red IPA channelling the cold, mist-shrouded realm of Helheim. Its deep caramel malt backbone and sharp hop character echo the realm’s dark allure, delivering a bold, balanced beer worthy of the underworld.

On tap at Old Dairy Taproom Tenterden. Clear russet dark red colour lasting beige head. Yes a rather decent beer. Some toast flavours. Some red malts. Decent strength. Expected a bit more flavour like spicy rye that does kick in at last. Flavour and bitterness both build. Yes somw spicy rye some building bitterness. Decent.

Let's See How Many Brew York Taproom Beers I Can Get Through Before The Train Home, Beer#3. Blurs the lines between red ale and a Helles, with plenty of depth, strength, creaminess, and appealing mouthfeel.

Panda from Colin. Cheers. Opaque caramel brown. Thin frothy white head. Aroma has a sourness - rye and berries- with a hint of resin. Flavourwise there's an immediate sour edged sweetness which is soon replaced by more sourness and a prickly bitterness. The sweetness returns into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Just a tad too sweet for me.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this deep amber beer, a decent bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. The malts are nicely caramel and toffee. The marmalade and citrus peel hops bring suitable bitterness, a little more would have been even better. Still, this what a red IPA should be, for me anyway.

Toasted and sweet malty with notes of caramel and toffee, some dark spicy citrus marmalade shred, pine needles, medium to light body (a tad thin), sweet malty and bitter hoppy into the close. Nice one.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy amber body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Aroma of caramel and raspberry. Flavour of baked strawberry and toffee. Medium to full body with a chewy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Sweet and rich - very delicious.
