Bottle (kindly delivered by Stefan!): Hazy, ruby-amber coloured, big - slowly collapsing - off-white head; mouldy-cellary traces in the sourish-malty nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied, relatively soft; short sourish-malty finish. Not so great......

(bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but loose beige foamy head. Yeasty and slightly dusty toast-malty with a moderately wheaty touch, a restrained fruit-character, notes of chocolate and cloves. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly toasted malty and wheaty taste with a shy fruity touch and a whiff of cacao; slightly sweet and shy fruity and wheaty finish. Not overly exciting. 10.XI.10

50 cL bottle. Pours brown with an orange hue, unfiltered, and with a huge light brown head. Slight roasted aroma wth a mild wheaty banana note beneath. Mild roasted and nutty malt aroma with a mild wheat note appearing shortly after. Rather dry but also soft in mouthfeel and flavour. I like this, dispite my disliking of wheat beers in general.

Like the Furstenberg Hefeweizen Hell, This didn’t make much of an impact. Cloudy amber colour with a big, off-white head. Aroma of toffee, grain and yeast. Flavour was sweet with some ripe bananas and spice. Ok.

Bottle: Poured a dark brownish color dunkel with a big bubbly head with better then average retention. Aroma of cloves and banana is very weak with some sweet malt also noticeable. Taste of banana and cloves are again too subtle for the style IMO with a very light body. I guess this one is average at best but clearly not something I would seek again.
