16 oz. Can. Aroma and flavor are proper. Roasted malt backbone with hints of coffee, caramel, and nice chocolate like nuances. Good body and texture. Nice non adjuncted stout.

Cask at GBBF '22 day 1, 02/08/22. Light black with a decent tan covering that retains well. Nose is chocolate biscuit, toffee, cocoa powder, dried fruits. Taste comprises dark malts, charr, brown bread, cocoa powder, toffee, spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Ok stout but lacks some depth.

3rd August 2022 GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a little roast and a nice touch of dark chocolate Malteasers. A Smooth pine into modest ripe fruits. A little brighter hops on the back end bring both spice and a brighter citrus. Fairly dry finish. A will put together and tasty cask job

Pours an oily black with a thin creme-colored head. Aroma of nutty roasted malt, coffee. Taste has nutty malt, coffee beans, chocolate. Palate has a creamy finish, burnt notes offset by the oatmeal malt. Fairly basic.
