A bit wine-like. Hazy with some chewy character. Decent beer. Nothing overtly off. Coop sk

Clear pale yellow. Aroma of cream sida! Taste is similar. Blueberry. Its just the cream ale with blueberries in it. Like a berliner weisse with syrup?? Not really.

Originally rated February 2006. Thanks to Plug for this one, straight from the brewpub itself. Pours a rich golden honey colour with good carbonation. The white head is creamy enough with decent retention and some light patchy lace. The nose is malty grain, nutty and with some notes of sweetness. Ah ha... it’s honey. I see honey was added to this one, and it is present in the taste. Some light bitterness in the finish and a nice creamy mouthfeel. The malt found is bready. A real good session brew, well-balanced and quite refreshing.

A golden ale with a thick froathy white head. a burned caramle malt with notes of biscuit. In mouth, a lightly astringent dry crisp malt, with roasted cristal malts, notes of oxidation, light cardboard develops. Not bad...la bière des âcâdiâns! J’en drinkerais une couple de bottles! Brought from Moncton by Probstk.

Bottled. Deep golden with rich head. Citrusy nose. Soft and sweet. Mild with notes of almond and diacetyl. Unassuming, but I like it.

Draught at the brewery: quite creamy. Thick, good, bready malt profile. Earthy, mossy hops underneath. No diacetyl. Rating is for this version.

Bottled: Light caramel colour. Buttery, slightly mossy aroma. Slick - diacetyl out of control, and I don't have much ability to taste diacetyl so you guys who can spot it a mile away should avoid this one. Light body.
