Tower 42 Tasting 2. Lightly hazy gold beer, good fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Nice floral grape followed by white wine tang. It’s very white wine like but smoother and has traces of orange and tropical fruits underneath. Light semi dry finish. Definitely up there in the most wine like beers I’ve had. Tasty and drinkable.

Bottle shared at Canary wharf tasting . 10/11/2015. Many thanks to Kenny for this one. Bright pale yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is white wine, passion fruit, rubber. Straw pale grains. Flavour is composed of tangy passion fruit, white wine, fruity white wine, mango, fruit sorbet,. Palate I sweet and sour, airy carbonation, Really good. Love the white wine and fruit character.

Bottle split on the 42nd floor, thanks to Kenneth, 10/11/15. Veryllightly hazed golden with a decent white covering. Nose is lemon juice, straw, light floral notes, smoke, pissoi, candied fruit peel,ttangerine, light yeast dusting. Taste comprises melon, nectarine, tropical fruit layer, pinch of spice, straw, orange wine gums, pineapple cubes, light balsa wood. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with tarte citric licks. Solid Belgo thing ... bordering a subtle sour.

Bottle shared in London on the 42nd floor - many thanks to Kenny. Pours clear yellow with a frothy white head. Nice aroma, some tangy citrus, lemon, wheat, melon, peach. Medium sweet flavor, some stones, peach, lemon, mild acidity. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, some peach gummies, white grape, tangy lemon. Excellent stuff. Quite reminiscent of a dry, moderately acidic white wine. Great stuff.

Bottle from Mikkeller & Friends, bought in August 2015. Golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, orange, some funk and grapes. Also some hints of herbs. The body was on the light side. A refreshing one.

Draft pour at Snallygaster shared by a friend, thanks Mike! Yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, tart notes, vinegar. Tastes of vinegar, stone fruit, light tart notes and funk. Light body with a dry finish.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour grass, grape juice, soda powder, hay, fruit stones, unripe berries, yeast, fruit salt, apple peel, sorrel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grapes upfront with citrus, pineapple, lemon and yeasty notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
