The Vic Secret hop, named after a beautiful state in Australia, has long been on Cam’s brewing wish list. Only released in 2013, this new hop variety has quickly become renowned in the craft brewing world for its clean, resinous, tropical fruit notes, rivaling one of our other favourite Aussie hops, Galaxy.
