Sampled draft @ Borefts 2014. Thank you! Very dark brown, black, very creamy mocha. Thick, slightly fruity, almost candy like, syrupy red forest fruits plus some bramble. Thick faintly tart red forest fruit taste, chewing gum, gelatine candy, creamy mocha, chocolate, thick malt, fudge. Very thick & creamy. Absolutely awesome, Het Uiltje seems very hit-or-miss me, a willingness to take risks or not enough skills to pull everything off? I do not know. I am sympathetic towards them because I really like their cute mascot & their awesome names.

Sampled @ Borefts 2014. Dark brown to black color, medium sized light brown head. Smell and taste malts, some roast, red fruit, lightly brett indeed. Well I don’t really like it, but it tastes like they say it would so that’s a good thing I guess.

At BBF 2014 . Pours black, nearly no head . Smell is fruity , raspberry , bit sweet and fresh . Awesome . Taste is sharp , maybe a bit thin in the body , and a little to sharp ( too much ? ) carbo . But otherwise, this is just dangerously good . A brewery on the rise to watch out for !

Tap at Borefts 2014. Pours near black with a beige head. Aroma of red fruit, vinous notes, wood, overripe dark fruit, chocolate and roast. Brett aspects are very light. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Borefts. Black with small beige head. Sour berries, lots of them. Some funk and roasted malts. Very sour. Bit weird but not unpleasant.

26/IX/14 - on tap @ Borefts 2014 (Bodegraven) - BB: n/a (2014-1056) Thanks to Benzai, 77ships, fonefan and cgarvieuk for sharing today's beers!
Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very sweet, red forest fruit, bubble gum, bit sourish, mocha, caramel, sugary. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sour, lots of red currants, blackberries, some tannin bitterness, quite some vanilla. Aftertaste: sourish, tannins, vinous, pretty bitter and hoppy, dry bit of caramel. Decent, but not super.
