C&C bottle. hazy amber pour with a small white head that quickly disappears. The aroma is with brett and sour fruits., Taste is more tart fruits, mostly apricots. The palate is full and viscous with prickly carbonation, Finishes long and tart. Overall: decent.

Bottle, batch #003. Color: Hazy orangish golden, white head. Aroma: Tart, stone fruit / citrus fruit notes, subtle Brett funk. Taste: Over moderate tart, light to moderate sweet, very light bitterness. Fruity notes of peach, nectarines, stone fruit and citrus, subtle Brett funk and wood notes. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium to just below medium body, which is ok for this kind of beer. Average carbonation. Quite long lasting Bretty and fruity finish. Nice one.

Growler. Just hazy gold with a white head that hangs about as a coat. Aroma of apricots, old lemon funk, apple box. Slippery, watery kefir texture (not a criticism). Mild sweetness with apricot, gentle sourness, twigs and oak at the end. Wasn't completely dry at the end, but the balance makes it very gluggable. Very good.

375 ml bottle, batch No. 005. Unclear orange, small foamy head. A lot of brett, lime, fresh red currant, cabbage, basement notes, white balsamico vinegar, tart, green apples, white pepper, wine grapes. Dry acidic sourness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour finish. Great!
Easy drinking sour.

Tap at CBM Otemachi. Great aroma. Taste not so exciting for me but still nice. Nice sourness, light Brett funk but more about sourness. Not so much wheat character. Quite dry, little bit of oaky creaminess. Reminiscent of cuvee de ranke, especially in aroma but without the spark in the taste. Quite fruity. Berries. Peaches and cream. Nice.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a murky peach color with a medium sized foamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was chalky with sweettart candies and mustiness. The flavor was chalky and musty with stone fruit and sweettart candies. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied
It's Bretta than all the rest with complex tart flavors.
