500ml bottle bought from Hay Wines, Ledbury and drunk at home. Deep, slightly brownish orange, clear with no head. Full Apple aroma, touches of vinegar and caramel. Sour, tangy taste. A souring dryness in the short finish. Woody notes. Medium body with almost no carbonation. Okay.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat', bottled in 2017. Clear, golden, no head at all. Slightly sweetish, sourish, moderately funky aroma of ripe apples, some walnut and traces of vinegar. Slightly sweet, fairly dry, slightly sour and a bit funky taste of ripe apples, some almond and a touch of vinegar, followed by a short, moderately tart, very dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and a little effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Nice one, very refreshing.

500ml bottle from Moonshine & Fuggles shop, Ironbridge. Clear deep golden colour, short-lived fizzy foam head and aroma of tangy apple, funk, vanilla. Taste is sour apple, fruity, with oak, barnyard, leather and drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from my local Co-Op, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold with a nice fresh apple aroma. Quite a rough taste with a lot of tannins on the tongue and a concentrated apple punch. A good bit of sour coming through too. An interesting character to this, and quite different to the Medium.
