Bottle consumed at Cropredy, Fairports Annual Reunion Festival 2015, Saturday 15th courtesy of Craig. Dark brown in colour with a small light beige head. A little roasty on the nose. Light maltiness in mouth, a little woody edge with a creamy milk chocolate finish, tasty mild for a style not usually this tasty. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Bottle. Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Slow gusher, which wasn’t expected! Lear, dark red. Loads of lumps. Thin, bubbly, tan head. Mild malts. Cherry stone. Light roast. Taste is woody, and ashy dry. Thin palate. Too much fizz. Finishes fruity dry.
