This gentle refreshing brew delivers all the complexity and guile you would want from a Saison but with a more traditional low alcohol content. Bold yeast characteristics are beautifully balanced with sweet, orange caramel base and grapefruit and gooseberry high notes.

On tap at UBrew Bermondsey. Cloudy pale gold lasting white head. A little soap saison aroma. Some lemon. It’s a light saison wit bier. Quite full. Some sweetness for a saison. Good orange flavours too. It’s fine. Some character some interest.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Café, Halifax. Hazy yellow-straw coloured with a thin head. Has a sour fruity nose, but a lot less stated in taste, with an underlying citrusness, but a malty infusion gives it a slightly dirty hop character

Bottle split at LKS moon base, thanks to Bropey, 05/05/15. Hazed golden orange with a big old off white head - gusher alert. Nose is tangy citrics, straw, bitter orange, ripe peaches. Taste comprises peach, tarte melon, apricot, orange marmalade, light spice, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a punchy tropical fruit wash. Decent punchy saison, juicy hops and citricana in abundance.

Bottle thanks to me. It pours cloudy orange with a decent white head. The nose is soft, fruity, juicy, candy, apricot, sticky and passion fruit. The taste is crisp, zesty lemon, grapefruit, sherbet, soapy, foamy, drying wood, dough, straw and just a touch of spice with a dry finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Nor bad.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Scopey. Gushes a bit. Pours unclear gold with a creamy white head. Lots of melon and tangerine in the nose, so,e zesty passion fruit, minerals. Light sweet flavor with touches of minerals and smoke, pale and doughy wheat, faint hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more wheat bread, citrus fruits, melon. Fine.

Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Very light malts. Modest Saison yeast and floralness. Mild but zingy tangerine - mandarin. A touch of melon. A slight grapey tang. Light finish. A tasty saison with good flavours, could just do with a little more intensity.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham, Bristol. Deep gold an murky, with next to no head. Aroma of wheaty grains, with some sweetness and stone fruits. Flavour had a touch of tart citrus fruit, sweet malts and a gentle finish, with a hint of hop. Ok.
