Aroma is tangy sour lemon rind, wheat, saison yeast, hint of funk. Flavour is composed of of light grains, doughy wheat, little banana, light chalky, thin, dry lemon rind. Palate is medium light, frothy carbonation, semi drying. Good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Wingman. It pours cloudy pale yellow with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, bread, cereal, cracker, spice, hay, orange sherbet and grass. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, floral, white bread, cracker, spice, minerals and soap with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A touch light on the palate, but overall ok.

Bottle at Level 42, thanks to Wingmane, 09/06/16. Murky yellow golden topped with an off white swirl. Nose is light yuzu, straw, tangerine, faint bread, yeast esters, white pepper. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, light grass, damp hay, faint yeast, spice, washed out orange squash. Medium to light bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok - a touch thin and watery but grasps the essence of the style.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Dave. Pours fuzzy yellow with a frothy, white head. Nice tart citrus aroma, some lemon, hay, tangerine, farmhouse yeast. Light sweet flavor, pretty dry, with a little alcohol, peach, tangy lemon, tangerine, bitter hay, pale grains. Light to medium bodied with airy carbonation. Fairly dry on the finish with some bitter lemon peel, hay, pale bread, yeast, rind. Nice one.

On tap @ brewery. Sour fruit nose. Cloudy pale yellow beer with thin head. No obvious carbonation. Zingy and bitter in the mouth. Finish is white wine with a sour note. True to style and cleansing.

Hazy and very pale. Dry, hoppy, with a light yeasty note. A little off in the sense that the malts are thin and it’s kind of fruity.
