Backlog June 2018. Clear golden body almost without any head. Mild apple aroma, almost a bit vinius like white wine. Taste is slightly oxidized apples, ripe apple and Sherry notes. Medium body and same aftertaste.

Cask hand pull atoon under water jdw. A crystal clear pale gold coloured pour a halo of white. Aroma is sweet apple, honey cinnamon. Flavour is tangy bile stomach acid chessy apple. Meh. Palate is medium sweet , tangy apple, moderate carbonation.

BIAB at Tanners Hall JDW Darlington. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, mellow. Taste is apple, fruity, sweetish, melon with some vanilla and warm alcohol notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, clean finish. Quite drinkable.

Bag in a box at County Hotel Ashford JDW. Clear very pale gold colour no head. Some fleshy apple and pear. Fleshy pear rather than apple. Odd. Not much apple. Some sweetness. Bizarre but drinkable enough

Bag in Box at George, Croydon. It pours clear pale straw yellow. The aroma is rich, sweet, unctuous, oily, stewed apple and candy. The taste is smooth, sweet, oily, rich stewed apple, dessert apple, apple pie, touch of tart mouth-pucker, white grape, honey and a hint of spice. Finish is dry and earthy. Quite sweet and rich, yet finishes dry. Good depth of flavour though.
