24th March 2016
Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light and dry with a stinging fine crispness. Thin clean pale malts and then a not so clean sulphur note. A touch of citrus before the dry crispy finish. Could so without the sulphur but just about passes muster.

Keg at Craft 100. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, white bread, grainy, cereal and a touch of soft fruit. The taste is crisp, bitter, creamy, cereal, white bread and stone fruits. Finish is firm and dry. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp and very drinkable. Not hugely complex, but rather nice.
