42nd Floor Tasting. Thanks to Paul. Hazy deep amber beer, tidy dark tan head. Palate is airy, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Fluffy dark malts, light and dry dark chocolate. Fruity bourbon blends well with the dark chocolate. A mild tang and then a modest coffee streak. Airy dry finish. Tangy linger. Tasty.

Bottle shared at level 42. It pours black with a thick tan head. The aroma is rich roast, creamy, chocolate, toffee, whisky, vanilla, toasted coconut and wood. The taste is rich, bitter - sweet, roasted malted, wood, whisky, warming, chocolate cake, light spice and toasted coconut with a warming finish. Full body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Perhaps a touch boozy, but rather flavoursome.
