As the name suggests, our 4.5% blend is based on the Harry Master’s Jersey apples sourced straight from the farm in Somerset. Towards the sweeter end of the scale, with enough character to be different but not too challenging.

Can shared in London / big thanks to Fergus. Pours clear pale yellownwith a foamy, white head. The nose has some jammy, citrus, ripe lemon, white grape, cake crust. Medium sweet flavour with ripe apple character, some sugary apple sauce. Medium bodied, soft. Sweet finish, with more ripe apple character, mellow citrus accents. Good stuff.
