42nd Floor Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy gold beer, tidy cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Sour citrus fruits. Ripe citrus fruits. Light savoury vibe. Smooth dry finish leaves a lemony sour linger. Not getting any wine barrel unfortunately!

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Kenny. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy, white head. Dry pale wood in the nose, dried citrus, staw. Light sweet flavour with some tart tangerine, lemon, mild acidic bite. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish with more lemon, tangerine, some woody dryness. Solid effort.

Bottle shared by Emily. Aspirin dry aroma. Big foamy head. Funky cheesy US sour tones. Really unrefined, but quite enjoyable still, at least the plum tones. Juicy, and gets juicier the more you sip at it. Leathery sour.

Sampled at Beer Dabbler, 2016. Salted plum. Slightly opaque orange color. Immediate aroma of wild yeast. Flavor has plums and it is salty, and this is sour, not as sour as some Paradox beers. Some sweet fruit and vinegar in the end.
