This dry French-style saison was primary fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces yeasts for a fruity and spicy experience. After aging, it was dry-hopped liberally with Mosaic hops to complement the ripe pineapple, mango, grapefruit, and rose-like flavors that evolved during the aging time.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is crisp with light grains, juicy and pissy citrus, mosaic, low metalic. Flavour is composed of crisp and light grains, lemon, brett, pineapple, tart peach, metalic. Palate is crisp, moderate carboantion, mellow.

Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity brett, hay, floral notes and malts with bread. Lingering tart brett in the finish.

Draft @ Beavertown Extravaganza'17. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme à dominance brett, boisé vin blanc, rétro de raisin blanc, petite pointe de mosaic - farmhouse . Palais de brett avec une fine couche d'aigreur, effet boisé chardonnay marqué mais plaisant. Effet sec, note citrique, fruits à noyaux et blancs. Râpeux sur la bouche avec touche presque de menthe. Qcq éléments boisés sur la fin.

Keg at BE. It pours light hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, lemon - line, sour grapes, pine, bready, sugar, funk, barnyard and oak. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, green, grassy, dank, pine, winey, gooseberry, vanilla, oak, bread, funk and barnyard with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good fun.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy, slight spirish snd crisp brett. Mellow and fruity. Bitter and slight bretty finish.

Hazy and dull pale. Thin head. Aroma is brett-forward, and then weedy, citrusy mosaic. Moderate bitterness and a touch of brett. Some mellow malts come around late as well. Decent stuff.
