A golden yellow multi-grain beer. The beer undergoes dry hopping, a technique in which extra hops are added in cold lagering, which emphasizes the character. A fresh, full and bitter aftertaste makes this unique beer a real experience. Brewed since 2013.

Gekocht bij bierhandel Verhelst in Dendermonde op 28-5-2014. Een helder-blond biertje dat sterk moutig (bloemig) en zoetig ruikt, het produceert veel wit schuim dat gelijkmatig van uitzicht is. Een middelmatige pareling met middelmatige bellen. De smaak is vooral zoet en gaat naadloos over in de zoete nasmaak die daarna wat bitterder wordt, waarschijnlijk door het "Dryhoppen". Keg at ’T Brugsch Bieratelier, Bruges, Belgium, Saturday 18th October 2014. Pours sparkling gold with white head. Clean, a touch minerally, with a bitter edge. A new beer by all accounts. There is a little hoppy edgey bite, not much sweetness, weirdly it has a lagery feel to it. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Bottle, 7.5%. Citric aroma. Almost clear shiny yellow colour. Very big stable white head. The flavour is yeasty and sweet with some hay and OK rough bitterness. Sounds a little dull, but is not bad.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white head. Aroma is dry and phenolic. Dry, phenolic and toasted malty. Bitter and herbal, dry and toasted malty finish. Slight phenolic spiced into the finish.

Bottle @ Wannsinchen / MiP bliver gammel. Pours clear pale golden with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of fruit, hops and flowers. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with pronounced sweetish, fruity notes and floral touches. Bitter and sourish aftertaste with estery hints. High carbonation. Decent.

Draft at Delirium Amsterdam. Pours clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel, malt, fruits and light herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Clear, light golden. Huge, rocky, white head. Fruity, yeasty aroma. Grainy, malty, lagery. Flavour has fresh citrus, hints of coriander. Fluffy mouthfeel. Nice, but just that.

33cl Bottle from Prik&Tik Pauwels. Just slightly hazy golden colour, enormous white head. Aroma of lemons, light floral, yeast, light malty, light fruity. Tame but pleasant. Flavour is light malty, light fruity, yeasty, astringent bitterness, some alcohol, green apples, bitter finish. Light bodied, way way way over-carbonated, and extremely dull and boring.

Bottle @ home. Clear, à bit pale golden color, hoge soapy white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste malts, lightly herbs of spices, decently bitter. Average to medium body, medium carbonation.
