This mid strength Pale is double dry hopped with Amarillo, Chinook, and Mosaic. We increased the wheat malt for a richer mouthfeel and fermented with WLP001 for a neutral yeast profile.

Bodney Towers Bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton for the can. Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light and thin and has decent carbonation. Thin malts bring a mild sweetness. Good Amarillo floral orange and hop spice. Touches of tangerine and pine. Trace of lemon in the light finish. Cracking little APA, clean and drinkable.

Keg at Port Street Beer House, Manchester, Saturday 15th July 2017 Another Cloudwater beer with that all too familiar mouthfeel, smooth, a little sweetness but a good pale ale. Plenty of hops, fruity and drinks really well. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

440ml can. Murky golden orange appearance with a long lasting one-finger off-white head. Aroma: tropical, mango, passion fruit. Taste: tropical fruits, mango, grapefruit, pineapple, zest, light malt, bitter finish. Light-medium body, a little thinner than their recent offerings, soft carbonation. Decent pale ale, aroma was a little more muted compared to their recent offerings, lovely flavours though.

Can at home picked up from the Brewery / barrel room. An attractive cloudy golden orange coloured pour with a sticky rocky, off white head. Aroma is nice big tropical fruits, cumquat, pineapple, tangerine, hockey puck, soft doughy bready malts. Flavour is composed of soft bready malts, spicy citrus, orange oils, kiwi fruit, pineapple. Little rubber / dank component in there as well. Palate is semi sweet, rounded , slick oats, moderate carbonation. Lovely gear.

440ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and slightly tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of mandarine, orange, pineapple, leafy, woody overtones. Taste is moderately bitter hoppy, slightly mineral and chalky, notes of mandarine, mandarine zest, mandarine kernels, rather thin, minimally wheaty, pale malty basis.
