Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Bittersweet apple, hop, apple peel. Taste: Base flavour is medium sweet and slightly rotten apple, combined with subtle notes of hop, citrus, tannins and leather. Moderate bitterness. Farmyard funk, pretty strong tannins and bittery apple peel at finish. Very dry mouthfeel, astringent at finish. Nice one.

500ml bottle from Gloucester Services farm shop. Pours clear gold, aroma is quite floral, dandelion, summer meadow, subtle lime. Taste is quite similar, especially floral compared to previous batches. Lime is well-hidden amongst zesty sharp citrus, dandelion and wild notes. Interesting.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Fergoose, 13/02/18. Clear golden with an off white head. Nose is funky, damp straw, fecal notes, dirty apple barrel. Taste comprises apple pulp, citric piss, musty wood, funk, damp hay, citric sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent hybrid cider affair.

Bottle shared in LDN - thanks to Fergus. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds dry and funky apples. Meidum sweet flavour, pretty dry, some bitter peel. Meidum bodied, lightly oily. Warming finish, more bitter peel, mild musty funk, some dank ripeness. Not bad. Novel.

Bottle at L42 - thanks to Fergoos. It pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma is bright, zesty, juicy, tangy citrus vibes, sherbet, apple skin, bit of funky farmyard, dirt and filth. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, juicy, oily, farmyard, apple skin, spritzy, gooseberry, lemon peel, white wine and tannin with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Bright, interesting and quaffable. Delicious stuff!

500ml bottle from Hop Burns & Black. Sparkling golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, funk and dank citrusy hop. Taste is mellow apple, funky, woody, leather, some apple skin, tartness, dry tannins and citrus hop resin notes. Medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, tangy semi-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
