4th Anniversary Collaboration Voyage Series in collaboration with Partizan Brewing and inspired by the gardens on the Isle of Eriska.
"One of our favourite beer styles at Partizan and the one we are perhaps best know for; the kitchen garden on Eriska seemed a wonderful place to pillage for ideas on herbal ingredients to compliment the highly attenuated, dry, natural acidity of the French Saison. The decision fell with the alluring peppery bite of nasturtium (which appeared
on many of our plates over the weekend) combined with a light European dry hop and some sharp lime fruitiness to compliment the yeast character."

Last of my Beer52 freebies. Floral grassy aroma with a pine edge to it. Light gold. Quite lively looking. Big foamy white head. Bitter sour very citrusy. Lemon juice and what I presume is the nasturtium. Light bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Quite light and refreshing but on the raw side. It is as if Jif lemon was just squirted into it.

Recovered from notes. Floral, light faint Belgian yeast. Thin, but drinkable, floral, grassy hint of lemon, short finish

33cl bottle from Beer52. A slightly hazy, very pale amber pour with a tight white head; floral aroma with a touch of spice; sweet floral taste with some bitter herbs and a lightly spiced finish. Pleasant enough, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to scopey, 13/02/18. Very lightly hazed pale blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is lemon rind, grains, straw, floral notes, grassy. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, grass, prickly cactus, light herb, trace of yeast, perfume. Mediumbodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison but overly floral for my liking.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Scopey. Pours clear yellow with a slim, creamy white head. Nice pale wheat flakes in the nose, some lemon peel, dry saison yeast. Light to meidum sweet flavour with more forward saison yeast, crispy hay, lemon rind, pale grain, white bread. Light to meidum bodied with airy carbonation. Finishes with a little warmth, more yeast, straw, a little grain husk. Sound.

Thanks to Scopey. Light haze on the pale yellow gold, small white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, modest fine carbonation. Mildly lagerish malts, tangy floralness, trace of herb. Whispers of orange citrus and spice through a light dry finish. Tangy linger. Okay. Not sure what the flowers brought.

Bottle shared at L42. It pours clear pale starw yellow with a tiny white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, fragrant, floral, summer meadows, white bread, cracker and light sweetness. The taste is crisp, bone dry, touch of bitterness, quite clean, fresh, floral, straw, bright, grass, hay and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Light - medium body and average, foamy carboantion. Nice fresh floral action. Crushable.
