On tap at the Lock Inn, Bradford on Avon. Clear orange-gold colour with a light sparkle. Sweet ripe red apples up front and a little bit of egg on the nose. Increasing dry apple skins and a touch of farmyard funk. Seemed sweeter than I'd expect for a medium-dry cider but it grew on me. Not bad.

500ml bottle from Beercraft. 4.7%. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, fruity, with some caramel notes and mellow citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at Source, Bristol 14/9/2018. Deep gold in colour, with moderate carbonation. Pleasant apple juice notes, a touch of oak, hint of honey leading to a medium dry finish. Good.

Keg @ cider boat, Bristol. Pours clear gold, light medium sweet pure apple on the nose. Soft carbonation. Taste presents a pleasant medium-sweet apple fruit character, fairly clean, low tannins but retaining a nice crisp, refreshing quality. Relatively high juice content it seems. Decent keg cider.
