Big cherry and raspberry, and just a wisp of vanilla. Ruby red pour with decent head and lacing. Tart finish. Nice balance. Tap at Sovereign.

Draught at Tip Taproom, 1/13/22. Clear, cranberry-cherry-raspberry sort of red with no head. Beautiful, clear, authentic cherry in the nose outdoes the raspberry and there's balance from light oak/vanilla character, as well as a touch of grain/wheat. Sourness is moderate-to-light, with minor lactic acidity supporting the malic acid from the fruit. No alcohol or flaw noted. Soft and juicy fruitiness in the mouth with prominent cherry character. There's a strong, but not sweet or cheap/fake vanilla-like note that must be coming from the barrel? More tart than sour, very approachable with a lighter body, on account of its size, but still very flavorful and coming across very much lambic-like.

On tap at GABF. Pours a hazy ruby orange with small off white head. The aroma is berry, cherry skin, floral, vanilla. Slick body, similar flavors to nose, light tartness, very nice.

Can split at L6, thanks to Leighton, 05/09/18. Vibrant pink with a decent crimson cap. Nose is pissy pink berries, hibiscus notes, damp straw, light balsa wood, lemon rind. Taste comprises tarte cherry skins, light acidic rise, damp hay, wood must, funk, tangy berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced acidity. Decent sour for the ABV ... plenty of depth to the flavour.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton for the can. Hazy peach beer, small pale apricot colour beer. Dry thin palate, decent fine carbonation. Eye flickering and mouth puckering. Acetic but does have decent generic fruits. Pretty tart. Could not drink much of this and would challenge anyone to.

Can shared in London - cheers! Pours unclear pink with a creamy white head. Pleasingly tart, some berries, cleansing acidity, a little woody dryness, background jam. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, more nice tart berries, a little salt, lemon. Great stuff.
