(Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 23 Nov 2022) Pale yellow colour with brief head. Fruity nose with notes of pears, citrus and grass. Fruity, sweetish taste with pears, ripe apples, grass, mixed fruit and a sweetish finish with a balanced acidity. Medium body, medium sweet. Really tasty and well balanced perry, highly drinkable. Very nice.

Bottle at home from Cotteridge wines, A clear petrol gold coloured pour with a fading fizz. Aroma is tangy pear, bruised apple, bark, tang, sour grape. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, pear, spice, more bruised apple, prickly, cinnamon, some alcohol bite. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, moderate carbonation. Good.

2/8/2019. Bottle from New Forest Cider, Borough Market. Pours very pale yellow gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of citrus, pears, apples, light sulphur, some nice funky notes, straw and barnyard. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Sweet and funky finish. Very drinkable.

500ml bottle from Olivers. Pours a pale yellow gold colour with no head and aroma of fleshy pear, vinegary funk. Taste is sweetish, juicy pear, mellow fruity, citric, with alittle solventy funk. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at LKS. It pours very pale green with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, tart, tangy, lemon sherbet, spritzy, pear and apple. The taste is crisp, dry, quite sweet, sugary, oily, sugary, tangy, pear pie, apple, some sugar and toffeebwith a slick finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit sweet on the taste, aroma is nice those.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Dan. Pours clear yellow. Some dense pear in the nose, salty sweat, lemon. Medium sweet flavour, some further tangy, salty sweat, lemon. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more salty bite, jammy pears. Drinks good.
