Brewed exclusively for Beer52 Isle of Eriska voyage in collaboration with Pilot and Brouwerij Anders!

Inspired by the seashore on the Isle of Eriska.

"I can never sleep in when I’m on the West coast, so I’d got up early to have a mooch about and see if I could spot any otters. Wandering along the coast on a bright, crisp morning is a beautiful way to clear the mind and soul so I wanted to
produce a light, fresh beer to match that feeling. I didn’t see any otters."

From a freebie 8 pack. Citrus and pine aroma Bright amber. Lively bubbles giving rise to a towering foamy white head. Light bitter. Minimal overly polite hops. Weak citrus. Slightly more intense into the finish. Light and watery. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. The aroma promised more but it's a let down. Underpowered Session IPA. But, yeah, perfectly sessionable.

33cl bottle from Beer52. a pale amber pour with a billowing cream head; aroma of peaches and tropical fruit; crisp fruity taste with a dry biscuity backbone. This certainly packs a punch.

Bottle thanks to Andy at PZan. It pours clear golden - amber with a small white head. The aroma is toasty grain, grassy, pine needles, lemon sherbet, icing sugar and some cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, grass, straw, pithy lemon, tangerine, lemongrass, soda water and a touch of soap with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Fair enough, but not up to the Pilot name.
