0,375l bottle at home shared with a friend. Vintage 2014. BB 21.04.2020. bourdeaux like color, almost no head. smells of vinegar, cherries, wood, marzipan, nutty. nice smell. medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes almost watery at first, then some vinegar, some cherries, wood, green apples, marzipan, nutty. finishes lightly dry and rather sour with notes of vinegar, some cherries and marzipan. I hope this was better when fresh. Taste is very thin at first, than heavy vinegar takes over. Cherries are very subtued. Overall still Ok but not a favorite.

Bottle - Sweet maraschino cherry, dark woody notes and a touch of higher alcohols. Deep clear red with no head. Soured cherry, light balsamic and a touch of wood. Nose gets better after sitting for a bit.

Bottle. Clear blood reed body with a big, lacing pink head. Aroma is almost intense cherry with almond funky acidity. Flavor is both sweet and sour with sweet fruit, acidic cherry, malt, marzipan, hint of wood and funk. Fine balanced body with a long lasting aftertaste of sour cherry. Nice one with good cellaring development.
