Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are berries, funk, brett, malt, little caramel and hops. Nice funky finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours deep golden with a slight haze and a smallish, off-white head. Came as a slow but steady gusher when opened. Nose is kinda odd a mix of sweet candy and cattle manure. Medium body, sweet caramel and fruit and then these odd and off Brett notes that seem so out of place. Things aren't really well integrated here although the intentions were probably good. Nowhere the classic Saison as the label suggests. 060320

Bottle 500ml. @ [ DØE - Ølfestival 2018 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Hornbeer Funky All Day ].Unclear - hazy medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, candy, brett, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, funky, brett, candy, sweet malt. Draught at SKAAL. Hazy orange colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with bretts and sweet fruits. Taste is light sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes tart fruity.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - daek Amber pour with off white head. Fruity and hoppy with some distinctive bretty funky action, notes of lemon, hay, dusty, medium body, slight apricot, hoppy finish.

Draft. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, funk, caramel, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, funk, brett, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught at KØ17. Faintly citric aroma. Big creamy stable tan head. The flavour is also faintly citric. Roasted finish. Quite rough bitterness.

7 3 7 3 14 Draft at Ølhus København, Helsinki. Hazy amber / light brown with a cream coloured head. Aroma of brett, barnyard & light manure, tart light fruitscitrus and light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a partially unconvincing amber, with white foam, very fine. Aroma is tannic, of course lactic. Body is average in consistency, maybe just a bit of astringency. Taste is partially sweet at first, with some sourness coming through as you sip. Overall, pretty balanced. Finish is relatively short.

From tap. Pours hazy orange to light brown. Huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight phenolic. Sweet malty. Slight toassted. Medium dry and light bitter far finish. Slight herbal.
