Keg at Casc, Aberdeen. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, grassy, herbal, lemon balm, sherbet, bread and light creaminess. The taste is crisp, dry, earthy, lemon balm, herbal, grassy, light spice, tannin, bread, mild citric acidity, salted cracker and white bread with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice lemons to it, but I think it would work way better if it was sour.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours hazy orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma has a little tangy lemon, some herbal notes, pine needles, ripe tangerine. Light sweet flavour with notes of wheat read, somewhat jammy tangerine, lightly tart lemon, some citrus zest, minimal bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced in the finish, fairly full, with a complex citrus character, a little juice and a little tang, a little zest, some rindy bitterness, touches of yeast, more bread. Very good overall.
