Scarliga is a Double IPA, dry and very hoppy, with only European hops. Despite the intensity of flavors and scents, its dryness and hint etlica make it extremely drinkable.

Bottle from gbbf 2015 and drunk at home. Hazy dirty amber colour lasting cream head. perfumed hop dipa. Quite light and agile. Something not quite right with the malt but the hops are quite bitter and dance along merrily. Hides abv well. Entertainment if not the top quality.

12oz bottle at Da Aldo pours a murky dark orange with some creamy white head. Nose has soap and herbs, some honey, grass, perfume. Flavor is a bit soft, soap - sure - but only hints of pithiness, mild herbs, more honey, some crystal malt. Finishes sweet and a bit grapey. Needed much more hop on the front end.

Keg at the Taphouse, CPH, 30/04/15. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is earhy hops, citric pith, mandarin, toasted malt, straw, melon, grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, straw, caramel malt, tangerine, light pine, melon. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an earthy hop wash. Ok DIPA but lacks a little depth, kind of plodding a lont, ramp up the hops!

Bigger Copenhagen bimble with Colin and Reuben. Taphouse. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Smooth and light pale malts, quite a sweet vibe here, with a little grain. Hops start skunky and then develop spicy pine. Little tropical fruits. More hop spice before a semi dry finish. Decent but the malts stop it being great.
