A small beer with big flavour. Cold Spark is brewed with 100% Citra, easily our favourite hop. We've also added lactose to add creaminess and body.

Tap@The new Selhurst Park Taproom (Lower Holmesdale) London (19/10/2019) - light hazed golden pour with a white head. Fruity with notes of citrus fruit, some orange and grapefruit, touch of pineapple, some lacto vanilla sweetness coming in, light to medium body, hoppy fruity finish.

Keg at the antelope. Hazy pale gold, like grapefruit juice. Juicy, dank nose, grapefruit. Dank citrus hop flavor, resin, grapefruit zest, pine. Nice carbonation. Didn't notice the lactose, but it also did not feel like 3.6%. Well done.

I feel like there's only so much you can expect from an IPA of this strength but this is decent. The citra hops give it a good grapefruit hit and a decent sharp finish. Very sessionable.

Keg at the London Brewers Market. Pours hazy light yellow with a frothy, white head. The nose holds pale grains, lemon peel and straw. Light sweet flavour, grainy and pithy, some crunchy straw, grass. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Somewhat bitter I'm the finish, more hay and grainy pale malts. So so.
