16 oz draft. Flavor of straw, honey, yeast. Light body with a crispness. Refreshing texture. Ends on baked white bread. Nice!

Draught at brewery, 6/4/24. Clear blonde-brass-golden. White head quickly to ring. Classic helles yeast (apple-pear-copper-earth). Lightly spicy hop. Very clean, good minerality. Bready, malty, spicy with some strong floral notes and big white bread lingering. Clean, but a bit forceful all around.

A brewery I've been looking forward to trying. Can. Slightly hazed deep gold with an inch of white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of grainy bread, grass, a light floral and spicy touch. Perhaps a little on the fizzy side. Briefly rich with toasted and grainy notes before a moderate but nicely spicy bitter finish.

16 ounce can. Medium gold color topped by a frothy white head that dissipates quickly. Sweet biscuit malt nose. Sweet grainy malt flavor hints at honey and lemon. Some hop bitterness in middle. More lemony notes in finish. Very good.

Can, filled 11/07/18, from BOTW. Malty nose, some dough, fresh bread, lemon, spicy hops, light grassy herbs. Cloudy, deep golden orange with a low head. Rich doughy and bready malt, crackers, great malt! Lemony, spicy hops also wonderful. Chewy, rich full body with low carbonation is just perfect actually. Pretty much hits the nail on the head for a blond Franconian Kellerbier. Finish is lightly bitter, mostly peppery and spicy. I really dig this.

Draught @ Milk & Hops - Chelsea (12/10/18). Clear golden with large foamy off-white head, sweetish bread aroma, high carbonation, mildly sweet malty taste with grassy hops, thin body, long dry finish. Very clean and enjoyable.

Reminds me of Augustiner so so much which is extremely impressive.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Bread aromas. Medium to sharp with sweet hay and bread upfront turning to dry earth in the abrupt finish.

Tap at Jack's Abby, Framingham. Colour is very clear dark golden with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some biscuits, grain, some sweetness and malts. Pretty simple. Heavily filtered and might be some sort of experimental kellerbier. I don't like these filtered elements at all.
