Bottle from Geers. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Lots of carbonation. Dry, and bitter saison. Hoppy. Bit too much carbonation.

Bottle at Buskers in Rome-Italy. A bit cloudy golden pour crazy white cap. Nose: a perfect mix of grassy hops and Belgian spicy notes. Incredible. Mouth: medium-high carbonation, sweet a bit, bitter peppery and spicy. Nice one!

Bouteille 33cl, BB 19/05/2017.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Milky citrus golden, small white head. Nose is very cheese milky citrus, bit mineral, vague brett profile but far milder than Obbrussel & far, far milder than Bruxellensis, overall this beer comes across as bit of a far less impressive sibling of those beer. Taste is overly milky, cheese, mineral, zest, soapy lemon, yeasty, very mild Brett finish, same one as I got in the nose. Body is overly milky, cheesy with a mineral profile. Decent but could have been more, I see that this was brewed with spelt & given that I don’t seem to like spelt beers in general, this is pretty solid work in that category I suppose. Overall good but I always have very high expectations with De La Senne.

26/XI/16 - 33cl bottle @ Vini Birre Ribelli (Brussels) - BB: n/a (2016-1374) Thanks to sebletitje and 77ships for sharing today's beers!
Clear blond beer, creamy solid white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty dirty, urine, soapy, earthy, slightly fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: slightly bitter, soapy, pretty faint and watery. Aftertaste: very watery, yeast, soap, meh. This is one DLS which I don't dig at all...
